Merdeka Day

Jour de l'indépendance pour la Malaisie, et du coup encore un jour férié. C'est le troisième consécutif. Autant vous dire que j'ai bien squatté la piscine, et j'ai pris de bonnes couleurs car aujourd'hui ça tapait. Sinon les restos et magasins sont bien fermés en ce moment, mais on trouve toujours un coin pour manger. Nico et Louis, 2 français, sont partis, du coup on se retrouve en groupe restreint désormais. Mais j'ai fait connaissance avec des nouveaux dans mon condo. En août et septembre, pas mal de changements et de nouvelles têtes.

Petite vidéo sympa à partager. A l'occasion de Merdeka Day, des jeunes ont fait une reprise de American Boy d'Estelle, voici donc Malaysian Boy. La musique est sympa et la vidéo aussi. C'est cadeau :)

We were given the opportunity to pitch for this video and a timeline of only 10 days to shoot, edit and put it on-air on the eve of the Malaysian Independence day. Looking at our vision of the vastness for this video, it looked impossible but with clever production planning and great team work, my team delivered a real gift to all Malaysians on the eve on Merdeka. 

"Selamat Hari Merdeka Malaysia" !
